Privacy policy.

This policy explains what personal data we process when you visit doubleclaude.com, buy Claude Sessions Pro, or use the app, and what rights you have. We keep it short because we collect very little: the app never reads or sends your Claude chats, logins or files.

The app stores your profiles, logins, chats, Claude Code sessions and pins only on your Mac. It only contacts our server to activate and check your license. Your conversations with Claude are between you and Anthropic and are covered by Anthropic's privacy policy.

Who processes data for us

Stripe and Google may process data in the United States. These transfers rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and/or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

Cookies

doubleclaude.com uses Statcounter to count visits and see which pages people read and where they came from, only if you click Accept in the cookie banner. Until then, Statcounter isn't loaded and no cookie is set. Statcounter sets a cookie to tell new visitors from returning ones. You can change your choice any time with Cookie settings at the bottom of every page. We use no advertising trackers, and fonts and images are served from our own server. Stripe's checkout page sets its own cookies when you pay; see Stripe's privacy policy.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask for access to, correction or deletion of your data, restriction of or objection to processing, and a copy of your data in a portable format. Email lex.media@gmail.com; we answer within one month. Deleting your license data ends the license. Invoices we must keep by law are retained until the legal period ends. You can also complain to the Romanian data protection authority, ANSPDCP (dataprotection.ro), or the authority where you live.

Children

Claude Sessions Pro is not directed at children under 16, and we don't knowingly collect their data.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top. Material changes will be announced on this page.
